Reiki Therapy

Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing modality which allows access to your energy system to promote healing on all levels. During the treatment, you remain fully clothed, most likely to be laying down yet can also be treated whilst seated. Reiki treatments aid deep relaxation, headaches, pain, anxiety, stress. It can also help with depression. Treatment lasts up to one hour

The power of group meditation

Meditation has so many advantages that it’s become more popular than ever. Health, well-being, and mental processes improve with meditation and, over time, the benefits increase steadily. The power of meditation can become amplified when meditating as a group. Group meditation can reinforce your desire to do it alone, and more frequent. Meditation is not about emptying the mind; it is about turning down the volume of those consistent reoccurring thoughts. Mindfulness is cultivating the ‘gap’ in the thought processes and helps create space in the mind to clear the clutter of unwanted unnecessary thoughts reoccurring. Mindful meditation is practical being part of a group, to be part of something greater than ourselves. Group work can provide a sense of commitment to your own practice of meditation. The art of meditation is not about sitting for hours on end in silence, some profound results can be achieved in a one minute meditation, getting to this point requires practise, which in turn opens up new possibilities.

Creating time to meditate when we all lead busy lives can feel a difficult thing to do. One thing meditation does give you is a greater sense of time and also the space around you becomes wider, clearer, calmer which can lead to a greater sense of inner peace and self discipline.

Ear Candling

A soothing and ancient treatment. Ear candles were used in China, Egypt & Tibet by the Hopi Indians in America, and even in Atlantis!
Ear-candling is used for the removal of ear wax and for the treatment of hay fever, headaches, sinusitis, rhinitis, colds, influenza and tinnitus. It is believed candling can lead to ‘sharpening of mental functioning, vision, hearing, smell, taste and colour sensation’.
Ear-Candling treatment 45 minutes
